Join Carmella and Jonah for a serene evening of Qigong, meditation, and sound healing. Held in the days leading up to the full moon, this session taps into the moon’s rising energy—a powerful time for reflection, balance, and renewal.
Experience a restorative fusion of Qigong, guided meditation, and therapeutic sound designed to soothe the nervous system, release stress, and invite a full-body reset.
Carmella will guide a gentle Qigong Flow followed by a guided meditation, accompanied by Jonah’s live music, to awaken and circulate energy, calm the mind, and prepare the body for a deeply restorative sound bath.
You’ll then be immersed in Jonah’s live sound bath—a soothing journey blending crystal bowls, beautiful instrumentals, ethereal vocals, and layered tones that help release tension and promote deep relaxation.
This event includes a remote Emotion Code session for you to experience the effects of clearing trapped emotions to support your health and wellbeing. In the days leading up to the workshop, Kevella Energy Healing practitioners will perform a remote Emotion Code session to release trapped emotions for each participant. This individualized clearing will help you step into the experience free from energetic blocks.
You’ll leave feeling balanced, calm, and deeply renewed—your energy harmonized and your spirit grounded in the light of the moon.
