Easter Long Weekend Sound Bath Meditation
with Constance
Take a much deserved rest and reset before stepping into the Easter long weekend. This sound immersion offers a gentle pause between seasons—a chance to soften the nervous system, clear mental and emotional clutter, and reconnect with your inner steadiness.
Facilitated by Constance from Heartspace, the session weaves together intricate sounds from gongs, singing bowls, monochord and various instruments intended to support relaxation and inward awareness. The rich tones and vibrations move through the body, helping to quiet the mind, release held tension, support deep states of awareness, relax the nervous system and integrate whatever that is happening in life.
This supportive and nourishing sound experience is about letting go of resistance and the need to do or fix, but instead, allowing without effort.
No prior experience with sound meditation is needed. Come as you are.
