This day is an invitation to return to yourself — to slow down, tune inward, and rediscover the rhythm that often gets lost in the noise of daily life. It’s a space to gently reconnect with your body, your breath, and the quieter parts of you that don’t always get the floor.
Together, we’ll move through an intentional afternoon designed to support both inner awareness and meaningful connection with others:
Yoga & embodiment — grounding into the body through mindful, intuitive movement
Breathwork, meditation & somatic release — creating space for what’s been held, and allowing it to shift
Sound bath journey — a deeply restorative experience to soften the nervous system
Reflection, journaling & connection — time to process, integrate, and share (if you feel called)
Everything is held within a warm, supportive container. You’re invited to move at your own pace, to participate in the ways that feel right for you, and to honour your boundaries throughout.
No experience is needed — just a willingness to arrive as you are.
