What it is

A Transformational Conscious Connected Breathwork experience is an active meditation practice that uses a continuous, circular breathing pattern to support entry into an expanded, non-ordinary state of awareness. Breathwork can help you shift out of habitual patterns, meet limiting beliefs with greater clarity and move or release stored emotion.The session begins with a gentle arrival, followed by a guided breathwork practice held with care and support throughout. Options are offered to suit your experience, along with time for grounding, rest and reflective writing.
