A 50-minute guided reflective session designed to help you start the week with clarity, focus, and intention — instead of reacting to whatever lands in your inbox.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No prep needed. Just bring yourself — exactly as you are.

I’ve never done a group like this before. Is it for me?

Absolutely. The exercises are beginner-friendly and there’s no pressure to share or to get anything “right.” This is a supportive, open space for all experiences.
