Join us to move your body, regulate your nervous system, and nourish your every cell.
In this 3 hour morning retreat you'll get to enjoy an uplifting body weight fitness class hosted by certified personal trainer and wellness coach Emily Poulin. You’ll build strength in body and mind, while getting a little sweaty!
You'll then partake in an EFTtapping session guided by Conscious Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, Emily Johnson, where you’ll learn how to invite a sense of safety to your body through this powerful somatic practice.
To top it off you'll enjoy a nutrition demo by holistic nutritionist and chef Meg De Jong where you'll get to build your own organic brunch bowl to nourish your gut-brain connection while learning what a powerful tool nutrition can be to help regulate your nervous system.
There will then be a panel and Q & A where you’ll learn new tips and tools to help regulate your nervous system and cultivate your glow from inside to out.
Oh and of course there will be time to mingle, connect, and make new friends <3
