8-Week Women’s Temple & Feminine Embodiment Training

Join Abneet Sandhar for an 8-week journey into feminine embodiment, self-connection and inner wisdom.

Through tantric breathwork, somatic practices, movement, goddess archetypes, chakra work, conscious touch and women’s circle practices, this training offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body and explore your feminine energy in a supportive community.

Each week focuses on a different chakra and theme — from grounding and safety, to boundaries, pleasure, heart opening, authentic expression, intuition and integration.
