Drawing the Sacred Body: Life Drawing Experiene with Live Music
A creative sanctuary where you can slow down, connect, and let your imagination flow. Whether you’re an experienced artist or haven’t drawn since childhood, this space is for you.
This special session will explore Eros — the soft spark of aliveness that connects creativity with our sensual side. To create is to feel. To draw is to touch the world with tenderness.
We will be joined by Kailey as our live model, embodying both presence and softness, and Michael Oliver, who will guide a live sound experience throughout the session. This is an immersive evening where art and music blend into a shared field of feeling.
What the Experience Looks Like
In our 2-hour gathering, we begin with a grounding meditation and playful exercises to reawaken creativity. From there, you’ll move through warm-ups, guided prompts, and live model drawing. You’re welcome to draw, paint, write, or simply sit in the atmosphere and absorb.

WHAT TO BRING?

Water Bottle/ Snacks
Bring your preferred drawing materials, such as sketchbooks, pencils, erasers, charcoal, or ink pens. Although we do provide guests with all of these, we have a limited amount, so it's a good idea to pack a range of supplies, allowing you to experiment with different techniques and styles. We always provide paper and drawing boards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We only accept cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event date. This means that if you purchase your ticket two days before the event, it will not be refundable. For refunds, please reach out directly via email at drawaroundvancouver@gmail.com to cancel.
ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
Wheelchair access is possible by going through the back entrance. Simply arrive at the front and someone from our team will guide you there.
