By definition, values are a person's principles or standards of behaviour; one's judgement of what is important in life.
A deeper understanding of your own values will increase your self-awareness and improve your ability to self-manage, allowing for greater clarity around your choices and behaviour.
They are the points of your moral compass, providing the necessary direction to move you farther away from the person you felt you had to be (as a child, as a parent, as a partner or a professional), and closer to the person you want to become.
This session is for you if...
·You prioritize the needs of others over your own (and that's not working for you anymore).
You hesitate to make important decisions.
You're refining your boundaries and ability to navigate conflict effectively and could use some tools.
You want to make certain that you're showing up and being experienced in the way that you intend to be.
You find yourself experiencing anger, frustration or overwhelm and have a hard time identifying why.
You're hoping to clarify what your values are so that you can live in alignment with them.
You're looking to deepen your capacity for vulnerability and courage.
You're curious to know how both Tom Hanks and Jeff Goldblum fit into the presentation.
Within this session we'll identify your unique set of values and explore how you define them. You'll leave with an understanding of how this work will continue to serve you moving forward (and Brené Brown will be so proud)!
