Experience the two stage paranayama healing meditation technique; a focused breathing meditation to remove emotional, mental and physical blockages. Bree Melanson, Spiritual Medium will be leading us through intention setting and guiding us through the breathwork session focused on creating balance, total well-being and personal clarity. Although each breathwork session is unique and individual, you will generally feel empowered, relieved, relaxed and rejuvenated.
