The A.S.S class with Booty by Mich

The A.S.S class is back.

This 55 minute class will leave you feeling energized, refreshed, lengthened and solid throughout your entire body. The primary focus will be lower body; sculpting, lengthening your legs, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs {use of bodyweight, light dumbbells, gliders, and yoga blocks, resistance bands}, all while defining your core and building that gorgeous booty of yours! Breath, posture, alignment, intention, and stretching will also be encouraged and highlighted throughout the A.S.S class. Be ready to journey through the elongation and tightening of your muscles resulting with a sleek and solid body.
