MyMomentum App Pop-Up

The team from MyMomentum App will by hosting a pop-up to promote the new Vancouver wellness community platform. Come learn about the app over complimentary snacks. MyMomentum is a game-changer for all members who host wellness-related workshops, activations and services.

Dr. Lara Perel-Panar is a third generation dentist, and the founder of LPP Dentistry, Vancouver’s first integrative dental clinic offering a mindful approach to dentistry.
Dr. Lara is changing the way we approach oral health – she believes in no shame, no judgement dentistry, meaning that she will not be telling you to floss everyday, but instead will educate you on which teeth in your mouth may require extra attention.
In this Lunch and Learn, Dr. Lara will teach us about the integrative approach to oral health and explain how it is possible to feel empowered to make decisions based on our personal needs. She will also lead us through a few exercises on how to release tension in our jaws relieving head and neck aches because a night guard is not the only solution.

Pilates with Nat Kunz
1:30pm - 2:20pm
This class incorporates pilates, dance, and yoga with an emphasis on strengthening your core and stabilizing muscles. A little burn, a little flow, and a little stretch will have your entire body activated and moving seamlessly from one exercise to the next. All levels welcome, beginners encouraged! Sweat level: 6/10. No signup needed.
Guided Meditation from The Lab of Meditation
3:00pm - 3:30pm
Take a mid-day meditation break guided by guest instructors from our in-house Lab of Meditation. This 30 minute break will provide you with the mentality to stay in flow for the rest of your day. No signup needed.
Yoga Flow with Chantal Russell

Being WELL is a way of life, rooted in simple choices we make every day. Learn yoga and lifestyle practices for Wild Embodied Liberated Living (WELL) and transform everyday routines into sacred rituals to free tension from your body and soul, awaken your innate vitality, and experience deeper well being. Nourish and Restore with an approachable 50 minute yoga flow practice. All levels welcome. Sweat level: 5/10. No signup needed.
Pilates with Katie McKenzie

Beginning and ending with breath, this 50 minute power pilates class is all about alignment, connection and strength of total body and mind. All levels encouraged! Sweat level: 7/10. No signup needed.
RIDE Cycle Club Hamilton
12pm - 12:50pm
Head into your weekend feeling strong and revitalized. RIDE offers 10 Werklab members a FREE class every Friday at noon. Never been? Ask Lisa! She’d love to tell you what to expect. All you need is yourself and a pair of socks. Shoes are complimentary and there are showers with towels and Aesop products provided. $27 value class. Sweat level: 10/10.
